Stop making excuses, go do the work, stop doing things that will hinder your progress. Do things that will boost you towards your goals, you can change your life, it is a fact! Do not think it is over, you can do the comeback! Stronger than ever before!

Man I love the first 2 clips, that big dude is going through so much more suffering than 99% of us do when we go to the gym, what an absolute legend. Love that his PT is jacked af and seems to be unjudging and genuinely interested in his development. I hope homie from this clip has stuck to it since and is reaping the rewards

I feel that I don’t have the energy to go to the gym a lot but I still go, even while doing my workouts I sometimes feel like dropping the weights and going home because I feel that I don’t have the strength on that day but I still push through regardless and finish the workout out, I also noticed that when you feel like stopping but keep on going eventually you gain the energy to finish and feel great, it’s all in the mind and it’s all about finding ways to release that dopamine in the brain and bring out the endorphins

I was about to say, that guy in the thumbnail actually has a pretty amazing transformation story that's worth checking out. Showing his 'before' and not his 'after' feels like a missed opportunity at best and dishonest at worst

I’ve just started exercising and it really feels like a chore

I feel so bad that I can’t do more than 30 pushups in 3 reps but I still do it regardless because if I don’t change myself now, no one can

Everyone starts off weak, only with the right mindset can you end up strong

I only stop when I feel my heart pumping in my head, my consciousness going dark and me not being able to focus on any thing except how I naturally feel like dying and my body screaming from stress. Then I usually step back, take several gulps of cold water, catch my breath for a couple of seconds, and then continue with the program. It's impossible to explain on how accomplished I feel when the grind is over, how grateful and calm I am standing under the cold shower, feeling like my body slowly is not on fire any more, and I'm actually more alive then ever, rather then dying.

Grind is life. Gym is only a part of a grind - but it's the easiest and most rewarding one. KEEP ON GRINDING, BROTHER! KEEP ON GRINDING, SISTER!

Every time I see an overweight/obese or out of shape person at the gym I smile politely at them because I am proud they made the right choice. They told themselves they wouldn’t give their life up and they are doing something about it, and that’s fucking awesome.

This is an amazing video. The first guy started with very basic movement and kept going in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle through a lot of struggle, as a result in the long run, he lost so much weight that you would not recognize him and was able to improve his life overall. He did not have much of a choice, it was either hard work or a shorter lifespan and wasted potential. Doctor Mike even reacted to this journey and explained that by starting with very basic movement, even just lifting your legs a couple of times, forces your body to work and gets the blood flowing which is so important for just getting started when you're in a bad shape because it is a starting point and that's what you need to move forward in your life.

The thing about "not having enough energy to exercise" is that, in my experience, it's an illusion. On days like those, the hardest part of the workout is just showing up. But if I'm able to get off my ass and start, I always find the energy to do a work out. Hell, half the time I GAIN energy as I exercise, going past what I thought possible for myself.

Your brain is wired to seek the path of least resistance and it will do amazing tricks to do that. When that voice starts to speak to you, shut it out, stand up, and get to the gym. Because as soon as you get threw your first couple sets, you'll find that you do infact have the energy.

Honestly This made me cry. Because I have club feet and my calves don't grow, even with intense training it's impossible for me to gain muscle. The only options are implants. Sometimes it's hard for me to even wear shorts in public. I often get the comment "chicken legs" and the quote "left out leg day" from various strangers. My Friends only know me as „the guy who always wear jeans“. Comments like this are devastating for someone like me, with a hidden disability. Daily life is a struggle.

But now I'm on my way to working out my upper body. It will look like crap if I don't build muscle on my legs, but I don't care anymore about that now. Thanks for your videos. They have made a huge impact on my mindset.
Hope you all stay healthy
