So, crazed axe needs to hit the base 57 times to win.

The first bullet train can only hit the base about 3 times before the second one comes, dealing 141750 damage to the base. 298250 hp left.
By this time, axe does 6 hits with the info from the video.

When the second bullet train comes in, the second to first bullet train has a spot with no attack for about 4 seconds. The other way, it's about 1.5 seconds. About 25 more attacks are in from axe.

By the time bullet train hits the base (after the video ends), 12 more attacks would be in.

The seal also does 750 damage a hit, needing 55 attacks to kill bullet train. (Assuming bullet train has double health like double damage it has here, it would have 40, 800 health is what I'm basing this off of) With this rate, however, the seal would only do about 17 attacks.

Bullet train in this case would be able to kill the base, and as a bonus 2 more seconds of axe cat attacking (6 attacks) couldve been wasted from axe with breakerblast cannon. Sniper probably got in another second. (3 attacks)

Worth noting these bullet trains are extremely high level btw.
