Hi Guys, although I've seen vlogs that show the harvesting of chickens I'm curious about seeing you make your first attempt and whitenessing how smooth (or not!)it goes. I've never been in your shoes but eventually would like to give meat birds a try. With all due respect (and there's lots of it!) I see you as very capable, but perhaps very green! When the day comes and I'm in your shoes I would expect my first try to be more like yours and not necessarily like Justin Rhodes or any of the more experienced homesteading/permaculture chicken pro's! Somehow I feel like I'm hoping for something morbid but I hope you will try to video your experience with culling your flock. Keep up the great work, the crowd of viewers is growing and we are always looking for whatever comes next....thanks for the efforts. From what I have read, red rangers are hybrids and will not breed true. Worth a try.
