How long will it take for the High court to give judgement against an appeal for civil case ?

How many times a plaintiff or defendant can go for appeal. Is there any limit.

Greetings to you Madam. One civil case has been filled in the magistrate court and verdict given. After the unfavorable judgement was given in magistrate court, can that person appeal to higher court ( sub court) after 3 years because of his sickness. ? And that concerned person can appeal in the sub court and the sub court will give number for argument? What is your Leagal opinion madam. Kindly give your detailed explanation. Thanks.

Madam I have a property related case which was in my favor from the sub court but against me in the appellate court this was in june 2020. EP has been filed against me. But this P filed property is not in my name. When I bought this money on interest, I bought a blank stamp paper along with my property document and then they made a fake agreement on this blank stamp paper. I had transferred this place to someone else a year before the agreement was drawn up.
