Pro tip: Make sure the "Gem use confirmation" is turned on in customization options. I can't tell how many times i wasted gems buying useless stuff because of mis-clicks. And the game sometimes turns off the option by itself and then have to turn it on again.

Here are a few clarification:

-7K gem event grant you back 7K gems (and grants 35 golden heads if i'm not mistaking)

--Holy Knight event last only 2days, not 3

Esmeralda's prayer is a good event to spend gems on!
F2P you will get 35spins, which gives the city skin. at 45 spins you get guaranted 10gold heads. Lilith in its kindness sells 10 spins at a discounted price (500 a pop i believe ?), that's 5K gems for 10heads, pure insanity value (might need correction about numbers)

- Gem nodes: lv1 and 2 in home kingdom, lv 2, 3 and 4 in LK

1. More than gems comes every 28 days unless a 7k gem event coincides on the same day as MTG would be, in that case in can be delayed 1 to 4 weeks.

2. Hunt for history has 30 free hammers each time it comes up.

3. 12inchpvpness is the benchmark of elite hardcore f2p rok success but less than 1% of the players who reach ch25 would enjoy farming 1000 to 2000 gems a day while running and maintaining 3-6 farm accounts. For the majority of players that would feel more like a job than it would feel fun.

I must say that spending gems on the wheel of misfortune has become even lower value over the last year sadly. I personally won’t be bothering to try get much out of it anymore - it feels like Lilith has lowered the odds of getting sculptures from it a year or so ago.

I think spending my gems in the merchant on speedups at 70 to 80% are well worth the investment. The amount of time I can pick up forces earning it killing barbarians I definitely make out. If you're a mid spender and looking for a way to push I recommended it. I agree with everything else that you said.

i want to ask questions as a beginner.

1) what's f2p? kvk? and zenith? I've read a lot of comments about it and still dont know what r those, like, where to find theses stuffs?

2) can i change civilization if i am city 8? and how?

3) I've also read that u can team-up commanders, how to do these? the closest thing i did was attack a barbarian, queue 2 commanders troops split, then attack at the same time.

4) is there other way to increase troop capacity other than leveling up commanders and city?

That was important point you made that you do not need all legendary equipment on your commander's in SOC kvk to compete. Just by having talented epics will get you long way. Obviously you want some legendary gear on each march you use so you can drop those crystal.

8:25 more than gems comes around the end of a month/the start of the following month, so around the 30th of the month it's important to have at least 7k gems to spend

8:26 More than Gems is at least once a month. Close to the beginning or end of the previous month. So sometimes it has technically come in the same month

They try to avoid putting it during other events now where you can spend gems.

Kingdoms have gotten into this ridiculous mindset that kvk matchmaking is what is killing their ability to win, and then in turn use this as justification to go on pogroms against underperforming accounts.

Kingdoms are now regularly issuing performance quotas for players to meet in kvk's. You must have # many kills, # required troops dead, etc.. and it's often a very steep price, easily well over what a f2p player can generate during a kvk offseason. For example, a kingdom might demand 800k dead T5 troops.

Quotas? (is this a game? or a job?)

If you don't make that quota, then "leadership councils" will collect fines from players who actually played kvk, spent time on it, and fought hard. But they didn't make their quota and they end up having to cough up 100's of millions of rss, which the leaders of the kingom just pour into their next kvk, making it easier on themselves and harder on their "conscripts".

There seems to be this total jerk theme running through most kvk leaderships. If you somehow don't like this bogus system, you must be a "farmer" and nothing you say or complain about matters because you're a farmer.

Why are there so many assholes running RoK kingdoms, and when will Lilith fix this game so that casual players or non-whales can enjoy it too?

How about this? How about all the "Johnny Sweep the Leg" ambitious types go off and join the A-seeds, instead of feeling compelled to launch zero campaigns that, no-exaggeration, offer lists of 100's of friendly or well meaning players who are banished or to be zeroed after each kvk.

Do something about THIS Lilith. Don't make it EASIER for abusive kingdoms to get away with it, do the right thing and bring back reasonable kd leadership.

Great advices. Love your videos. Keep them up. Almost 5551 on my scipio. And yes gonna mix them equips cuz takes forever to grind materials so just need a bp for a helmet now. If a egg event come around I'll definitely try to get some good stuff this time.

29:45 The Holiday event is one of the best events in game right now, if people do math correct, lilith gives you 35 free token from missions, so that's 35 free spin, and their are fixed rewards for City and decorations,
also you can buy additional 10 (for 400 gem each) so 4000 gem and you will get 10 additional spins which will give you the 10 GH fixed spins (45th spot)!
so for the fixed spins only its worth it, and you get other rewards for free? that's one of the best events for F2P / Low spenders.

Purple troop expansions when they show up for 1500 in Mysterious Merchant is an instant always buy. Animal bones stacking passively is good. The new legendary gear...craft just to craft if you have enough bones so it counts for achievements.

For mtg I dont do the 25k gems every time but I do 7k gems. 7k gems for 5 heads 18k for 8 more. I don't always have the gems to be spending 18k more. The 7k tho imo is doable for f2p...Good advice on this
