My advice for cutting practice is - try it with a sword in one hand as well, especially if you're doing a system (like, say, Fiore) that does sometimes use a sword in one hand. It's not only harder to cut well with only one hand, the feel of it and the minutiae are different from a two handed sword. Just... keep in mind that one hand only means less control, don't slice your own leg open in haste to defeat a plastic bottle.

I think this is on point.

I did load of cutting and it essentially different than sparring or partner drill
Still cutting help a lot with overall performance with cutting properly.mechanic, energy transfer, follow through, slicing properly, edge alignment, accuracy, and more.

I hope people do a lot more of cutting practice. I do these almost weekly and it a great mental trainer while you're moving a long razor blade around trying to cut effectively and not cut yourself up in the same time.

try saving up bottle and do like a fully day cutting practice with 500-1, 000 bottles you will learn something for sure and sore dayafter.
And please try a pvc pipe/pole cutting stand you can change height with them and if you miss you won't damage your sword on a cutting stance.(I just slice through the pipe)

Good video, all too often cutting has too much importance placed on it & sparring is neglected. The Exiles recently did a video on this same subject & had basically the same things to say. You & The Exiles should do a collaborative video on HEMA training.
