I order / pay 180$ for a mobile phone, included insurance. I
received it and after unpacking I saw that the sim card holder missing. After
some messages GearBest offer me a refund of 6$ (how ridiculous) instead of
sending the missing part asap. Be aware if something wrong with your order you’ll
not find satisfaction.

Gearbest slogan - " Make America waits again " . 3-7 days shipping is actually 30-70 days to US. Even you choose expedited shipping and pay for faster shipment don't expect they will actually ship faster.

I regretted DEEPLY IN PURCHASING GEARBEST! I ordered a CELL FOR A GOOD TIME AND TO DATE NOT ARRIVED! DID PAY ISSUE SHIPPING MORE EXPENSIVE TO COME FASTER AND ONLY LOST MONEY. CONCLUSION: SPOKE THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME.

I ordered a anet a8 3D printer, and gear best requested for more money to ship. It charged my account already and I there is no way to send them the money!! I've contacted them a ton, no reponse!! I think it's a scam!!

I bought a smart watch from GB and it took a little longer than expected, but I got it and it's really nice and the box it came in was nice too.

For GB video editor: The red button on the botton left corner should be a bit upped because during hover with mouse, the YT controls appears. :)

They are selling products which are not in store - three times for me. It took me two month and a lot of ticket replies to get a product shipped out. They are decreasing the value of the products, after you buy it and if you want a refund they give you less than you payed. My Gearbest credit value is decreasing as well, without any reason. They always do like little amounts 10ct-3€. Absolute no-go. An the costumer service is disastrous. They have premade messages which you'll get if you have any problems. I waited 2 month till my product even get shipped. But the product prices are very low. I guess that's what you get in return. Pay less - get less. But if you get your product at the end, you should be fine. Depends on your personal preference.

Gear Best sure does love to send out free 3d printers to people that do reviews. Unfortunately if your a customer and you give them money they give you nothing but run around about the printer being on backorder and how its the manufacturer not sending them printers to ship. After waiting OVER A MONTH for my TIVO Tornado to ship from Gear Best I canceled the order and got a refund. Never again Gear Best. Wish I had looked into the complaints against GB before loaning them $400 for a month.

Yes I agree. They are horrible. I left a bad review 2 stars for a faulty item I received. They didn’t even publish it but kept it hidden until I gave up and throw the item in the garbage because it will cost doubly to send it back.
