West Phoenix Family Dollar Store stayed open without air conditioning

A Family Dollar Store in west Phoenix is under investigation after it stayed open when the air conditioning went out, causing some employees to feel sick.

Many dollar general, family dollar, and dollar tree store buildings/properties are leased so they have to wait for the property manager/landlords to have someone come and fix it once the stores notify them, so sometimes it can take a awhile. The property managers/landlords are responsible for the repairs, and landscaping of the property and not the store itself.
