23 States Attorney in the US have recently written to insurance companies that signed up to participate in WHO treaty. They made the case that the insurance company would be restricing citizen's rights and also possible Rico laws. Several US insurance companies completely bailed on participating. Hopefully more actions can be taken to avoid this tragedy.
