I know no one asked but there's an explanation on how chisato lost after beating takina multiple times:

Chisato, being the ultimate life form that she is, uses the "rock comes first" thing yo her advantage. While they afe lowering their hands she looks at takina's hand, and if has any sign of movement she makes scissors, because the worst case iy would be a draw. But if she doesn't see movement she makes rock, and that is a guaranteed win.

I know this isn't a perfect explenatiom but it's what they tell us in the anime.
