I use no shampoo right now but i use sea salt spray and pomade and i have straight/ wavy hair. However, i get chlorine in my hair like once a week. Should i use based bodyworks shampoo and conditioner??

Lance I need advice I’ve been trying to take care of of my hair for a while now using good natural products which I’ll list at the bottom of this comment but my hair is still very damaged and idk what to do I shampoo every 3 days and condition every 3 as well. I use sea salt spray for styling some of the damage I have is split ends dry hair at times and flat untextured hair. I use no heat products btw

Shampoo: native daily wash

Conditioner: neuma moisture conditioner

Sea salt spray: forte

leave in conditioner: sun bum
