Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago prosecution should be reversed

Two groups of amici curiae, including lawyers, law professors, and retired judges, have filed briefs arguing that Judge Aileen Cannon's wrongful dismissal of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago prosecution should be reversed and the case reassigned to another jurist. They also urge the 11th Circuit to act on its own authority if Cannon's dismissal is overturned due to "grave errors."
