Oh wow you’re saying what I’ve been thinking all along. Why not provide both purée and actual foods...why does it have to be just one or the other?! Love this video bc I feel validated and know it’s completely ok to do it that way. I’m an OT and see the value in offering purée foods due to the texture exposure as well as the utensil practice but I also see the benefits of BLW. Also, my baby’s pediatrician also mentioned the offering allergenic foods early and I’m so glad he did! Could you possibly go into detail on which foods and how to introduce them?

just to clarify, so this would mean, I can offer all varieties of food including meat and allergic category as soon as 6months full developed baby? this is an eye-opener and really knowledgeable. if yes, I am happy to know as I'd like my baby to explore and we discover together

Thanks for this great video! When should we start giving solids 3 times a day? Should we aim for the baby to eat 3 times when she's 9-month-old for instance?

This is coming at a perfect timing 😅 my daughter was exclusively formula fed and had terrible gas until we switched to similac alimentum, which we think had to do with cow milk protein. Now we started to introduce food and I’m super nervous to give her dairy. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated 😅

Hi would you have to offer the sticks cooked and soft or raw and hard?

My daughter is 9 months old and still chokes on strips of food - not just gags; she turns blue and goes silent :( I want to let her explore, but every time I do, she ends up choking on the smallest bites. She recently has also been not wanting foods she used to love, and now refuses to eat everything but applesauce. What can I do to fix this?
