Thank you so much. I had been in contact with suppliers and they only recommended factory reset. I lost my programme guide and by doing your soft reset this reinstalled the programme guide. Very grateful to you.

The sound doesnt work every day now, i have to unplug it then plug it back in and the Amazon prime tv eppisodes dont stay synced up, the eppisodes dont jive where we left off on other devices
