I’m a bulldogs fan but this was unacceptable from the Essendon fans, rules are rules and at the end of the day Collingwood win. Scott deserves a better reaction from the crowd as he was best on ground for the day. This was a day to remember people who have fought in wars and all the crowd cares about is to boo the winning team. It’s bad sportsmanship and I am disgraced at Essendon fans who did this. Respect the game, the players, the umpires and you should apologise to everyone who was there to remember people who have died.

It's not hard to understand why someone boos, it's simple, but to continue while someone is trying to make a speech, that is a lack of respect!!! If the boos were given to the umps, than why didn't they stop during the speech?

Jesus, What a legend Bucks is, sticking up for Pendles, Scott was good enough to win the Player of the Match, and gets booed, how disgraceful, as a Hawthorn supporter I still believe that opposition shouldn’t get booed of the ground, it’s not Scott’s fault.
