Alot of times these are just players gigi sends out to make sure people know if theres a hacker to report and tell gigi or anyother dev/trusted admin, so if you see these "hackers" report them and screenshot/record it and post on the dress to impress discord page with the person's username so if it a true hacker gigi can ban these players from dress to impress. Please copy this and spread it in dress to impress related content so people are aware!

Well the answear is that they aren't admin they are exploiters! For example the ytber Lanarae is admin in dti these are exploiters that can run creepy and fly around the map and have terrifying faces and outfits aswell. They can also fly to the runaway when it's other player's turn.
