Thanks fellas, would I be wrong in saying that it albeit investing is a big part of it, it's not the primary aspect of the job? It seems like what I'm gathering and what he said, a lawyer seems to encompass the profession better due to the need to understand and work around taxes, laws, estate planning, real estate, accounting, family business, etc. Would it correct in saying the Wealth Manager uses investments for a clients wealth but that's just 1 aspect of it... I am looking to get into finance and my interests are in asset allocation, alternative investments, macroeconomic events & investing to preserve wealth and I'm unsure if it'd be for me!
