Personally, I like a greeting at the start of a video. It makes it more personable, like you're my friend and are going to take the next several minutes to share all the new and wonderful things going on in your life... new clothes and accessories, new restaurants, what you did on your latest travels, etc. For example, those FABULOUS gold heels! OMG! They are stunning... as is your Instagram picture. Definitely a gorgeous red carpet outfit!

I really like the fact that you say hello to us in each video. It is not like you always have to be super happy, though of course that makes us happy, but for me at least, it feels more like a friendly greeting that I would expect from a friend each time I see them. Also, the fact that you greet us both when you`re happy and when you have a bad day makes it honest and easier to relate to you, because people have good and bad days :)

Just a quick note on the music. I actually think it's terrific that you are paying to licence tracks. They enhance your visuals so much and your licence fee really helps musicians continue to do what they love.

Maybe add "Music licensed via Epidemic" in the description to help answer those continuing questions. You could also add the artist name if you know it. Viewers might not be able to get that exact track but musicians love a shout out so people can find their other works.
