Intels valuation seems not very accurate to me. The market cap is only 130 billion. However intel has over 100 billion worth semiconductor fab assets. If you consider lowest range of fab valuation, the fab assets of intel will be worth over 200 billion. In the current market scenario, I think if intel wants to sell a fab, it can fetch over 3x the value.

Intel still remains the market segment leader for desktop laptop and server processors. Even if we value that business at 2x the revenue, it will be over 100 billion.

So the total value of intel should be somewhere around 350 billion range. So, the current share value seems quite low to me.

I think INTC is at the bottom. I believe being a domestic manufacturer will come into play, considering possible global politics.

Intel is the only company currently hold and run ASML's next-gen silicone manufacturing machines.
they are the first to introduce sub 2nm chips using High-NA machines from ASML.
TSMC won't be receiving those machines till 2026.
And I doubt the USA will allow them aquire that much due to security reasons of being in Taiwan.
Every company like Nvidia/AMD and others will have to switch to Intel foundry sooner or later if they want cutting edge silicon.

Hindsight is 20-20 and you got this right. I just subscribed to your channel and am interested in what else you have to say. Looking at the stock’s charts Intel typically drops after its earnings reports. This trend didn’t break today. The price dropped right to your estimated value, but since Intel suspended their dividend I am guessing your calculations will change. Thank you.

Recently they announced "voluntary lay-offs" because they need the cash, sadly a lot of top design talent left in the past year and went to Microsoft, Apple, Cadence etc. If they are losing top chip designers I do not think it would do well in the long run

Profit taking from Nvidia and grabbing laggards like AMD & Intel. Wise move.

9:52 you lost me here. If AMD were a far more credible chip designer, why did Lisa Su lie with the benchmarks?

I saw that tuberville sold 40 of his stocks and invested in intel. I feel that there is something coming up regarding ai that could potentially shatter all previous earning records. What do you think??

What’s your thesis on impact to Intel on a China invasion against Taiwan?

Intel is too cheap now.
Could be heading back to $40 in the coming weeks. Lucrative trade if buy & hold.

Fundamentally INTC is not attractive. Raising EPS on 4.2 billion shares is very challenging. Considering the increasing debt and debt servicing, id honestly pass at these levels. Too speculative. TXN is trading at a premium but much cleaner books, lower share count, and robust EPS!! Good luck to all.
