I don’t believe this to be 100% correct. Say you have 5 pigs that forages for food and they selectively eat what their mothers taught them to eat. If you bring in another 5 new pigs from a different farm they’ll eat what their mothers taught them to eat certain plants too but could cross over eating plants the first group ate since they were taught my that group. Just because a different group already new to wash them doesn’t concretely mean they’re collectively connected persay but that the second group had more experience then the other group.

Lol its funny how you would think this was done recently, I first learned about the 100th monkey experiment from a book written in the 90s and I've heard about 5 variations with coconuts, and other things.
