Sir agar legal personality fundamental rights exercise nahi kar Sakti to jab court ke saamne private institutions me reservation laagu karne ka case utha tha to court ne ye kyon kaha tha ki private institutions under article 19(1)(g) ke tahat business kar Raha hai, yahan pe to court ne legal personality ka fundamental right enforce karaya....sir please solve this query of mine.
