With regards to not being able to see the difference...well you can see what he wants to do, he did that 1st half crystal palace, then you saw how they could not cope with it in the second half, then they took that fatigue into the next game as well...plus the fact that some players aren't willing to do the extra work...
With all this...he CANNOT do a hard reset...cuz obv he can't afford to lose the games...so clever option is to gradually implement it...we already see it with forward passing from Mctominay and how if he sees something that can be avoided like the complaining he instantly points it out...

I think the players maybe thinking why are we doing this formation and trying to be forced to work harder when this manager is only here 6month? If United have a real plan in place like they want us to believe with Rangnick moving upstairs for 2years after his 6 month. They have got to have a gentleman agreement in place with a manager already. So Rangnic is ment to be taking the sporting development roll. So if there is a plan. After watching Arsenal vs City today, I can easily say that United is far from playing good in many aspects of the game. Arsenal are better at passing and gegen press where United are no way near that right now.
United lack a lot of quality and good fastpaced passing, and sadly this has been lacking for a time. United are lucky if they play good while the best teams are good consistently.

First of all, thanks for your thought and also happy new year. Honestly I want Rangnick to get a 2 year deal in the club with free hands to change however he wants. 4-5 months to drill the team into a way he wants the team to play, get some new players in, new captain etc.
And on a personal note; As a Swede I was wondering if you could give your thoughts on Mattias Svanberg from bologna as a new CDM for the club. Id greatly appreciate to hear your thoughts on the subject.
