Nice double AA I have same truck that I made into a wrecker to load logs on my sawmill and many other thing . building a V8 flathead to put in it

In Michigan it's almost impossible to find good AA wheels, so I had to cut the rivets on the centers and change the hoops. I just used button head bolts to put them together and all the holes aligned up, some how.

Ford Model AA was all wood fence atop flat bed with some steel post for the rail atop the flat bad. But no bed bottom so you add in the hoist and no cylinder lift. It was like picking up a large bale of hay and move the hay back inside the barn. Some big hooks to catch the cylindrical bale of hays. So it is antique looks or vintage.

Do you have the original title for the truck? I have a 1930 Model AA with the short frame and was built using '27 Model T cab, '28-'29 cowl, hood and radiator. The fenders and headlights are the '30 units.

At around 13.18 minutes it looks like you have a stainless hub cap . These were fitted to English built AA trucks or do you have them in USA ? I have them on my AA here in England .

How can you tell if it is a high speed rear ended without driving it???
