Useful video. I’m fixing batteries in Lithuania, so we are like coleques or smth like that. I bought s3 with battery error, detected blown fuse. All 10 groups 3.7V but idk why the fuse blow. Waiting for fuse from Ali, because there is no in the Lithuania. And before replacing fuse u need to disconnect some wires, balancing and power (idk about charging, but i will desolder them too). I am right in this?

Can you tell us more about a data connection to the battery and which software one could use.

In the video, you demonstrate how to charge it with a lab power supply and reset it using the discharge side.

Do I need to connect only the red (+) discharge side to the red charging side? Or should I also connect the black (-) side? It's not very clear.

Could you explain if both sides need to be connected, or what exactly needs to be done? Maybe a video with more details would help?

How I can delete all these errors (6-19-20-21, …) from my battery after replacing the fuse? I already replaced it and voltage from VP and Ground is 40 Volts.

I am lucky. Not yet have any problem with my s3 2021 battery. it even says error 19 if i plug the charger in when it's charged 100%. furthermore It's working very well.

I have a S2 battery and I have tried to charge it with a balance charger (IMAX B6) when I started to charge them they where around 1 volt each serie but some of them they where at 0.20 or so. No when I try to charge those low 0.20 v series they get a bit warm and when they hit 2.5/3 V and unplug the charger to see if the keep the charge they drop within 15 min 0.5 volt or so. I have this on 2 series. Serie 1 and serie 4 have this problem. Now I think the battery is unrepairable because I don’t have a remove tool to remove the cell from all the other series. I have only a soldering iron. Can I fix the battery or need to replace them or how does it work?

Anywhere I can get BMS replacement have a number of mosfets that are defo burnt out can see them melted.
