Absolutely the best razor I have ever used. Bought on ebay for £335 with cleaner Power case. Got fed up wit wetshaving I didn't think a electric razor could cut as close. This is even closer without the discomfort. I enjoy shaving now.

I’ve recently bought last week and shaved 6 days growth and my facial hair is pretty thick and it cut through it no problem

This razor is temporarily on sale at Costco right now for 199.99, Us dollars. This includes the separate protective charging case. This has a separate battery and can charge the razor several times, I believe. Very convenient since you can’t move the cleaning charger as it will spill. I have been using the razor for about a week. Excellent razor. I used the automatic cleaning function last night for the first time. The razor was very clean and the blades had a fresh scent. I understand that the cleaning adds some lubricant to the blades for a smoother shave. Great purchase. I am not a fan of the trimming tool. It is awkward to open and to use. I have separate trimmer which I will use for this.

Thanks for informative video. I always have trouble with flat hairs under my chin and to this day no shaver has performed that well until this Series 9 Pro claims it to be. Yes, it pricey but I may just need to get this in the next year.

Thanks for the review. Just asking cause it may be my first electric shaver, is it as efficient as using a disposable Gillette razer blade? As clean/smooth a shave?

Thanks very much for taking the time with this video. My 9 pro should be here tomorrow and like yourself I've got fed up with wet shaving. I did have a foil shaver about 40 years ago but stopped using it as my skin was very sore afterwards, but looking at the cost and assuming things have moved on for the better, I'm expecting not to have sore skin afterwards, I guess I'll find out tomorrow night. I'll also find out if it's as noisy as it seems to be in your video.  

Just one question, do you have any suggestion for nasal and ear hair removal.

Bought this shaver today and tried for the first time tonight with very high hopes thinking that surely such an expensive shaver must give superior results? Im really not impressed at all. The cheap Wahl foil shaver that it replaced was better. The series 9 head is too big and bulky to get into harder to get spots and i just couldnt get as close of shave with it in general no matter what direction or how many times i went over the same area. I also found that every now and then when putting more pressure on, something on the foil would dig into the skin. Im now sat here with that annoying prickly stubble feeling in various patches. I feel like ive just flushed 240 quid down the drain. Hopefully Brauns 100 day money back guarantee is as good as they claim it to be.

Thanks for the video, it was very insightful. Got myself the same shaver. Although having a lot of trouble with some hairs in the neck. The machine is just not getting them. Is it because they are too thin? Any tips? Thank you

Excellent demonstration. I purchased this shaver a couple of days ago with the cleaning station, I did not used yet, But this video will be very helpful . Just wondering if washing with soap removes the lubrication and it needs to oiled with a trimmer oil. Hoave you noticed this and need to oil it?
