Aren’t these the cutest little treats? They are so simple to make 👀 the kids will love them 🤍🩶🖤 #halloweenideas

Pipe some white buttercream onto mini cupcakes.
Press them down onto parchment paper.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Remove them from parchment paper.
Attach candy eyes 👀
Put the cupcakes on a wire rack on top of a sheet of parchment paper.
Drizzle white chocolate over the top in different directions.
