Kbd is awesome and looks to be a favorite in the comments here. Please note that the user Agent defaults the style to the default monospace font. However, it is relatively easy to style to look like a key :)

My favorite tag is <table> personally I use it in place of div let's me manually place everything in the page and screen readers love it
