At first I was like "oh here's Mike promoting himself and his book about himself!" but it wasn't until Mike says he writes in detail, the do's, the don'ts, the Serenity Prayer, and being in the right Mindset to get better, that I realized he IS truly trying to help people with this book! Giving addicts a step by step guide that works, is brilliant!
