⁠The name T-rex derived from Theutobochus Rex who was a giant king 25.5 feet in length. He was king of the teutons in dauphine. He was found in a tomb back in 1613. They shipped his bones to america and used it to present a 'new' carnivore preditor-the TRex dino. The people didn't believe that there would've been such a creature on american soil. After a short public display they stored the bones underground in a museum to make a reappearance approx 50 years later.

A fully grown African Bull Elephant would've been the same height and weight if not larger than a full grown T-Rex...it would've been a sight to see a fight between those two.
