You can also solve this problem without using the law of sines... draw a horizontal line going right starting from where the support wire meets the hill, and extent the line of the tower down more. This forms a 90 degree triangle. using the known 95 degrees and the known angle 42 degrees, you can use right angle trig to get the length of the base of the triangle. After that, combine 15 degrees and 42 degrees to get the angle between the base of the triangle you drew and the support wire. Then, using more right angle trig, you can find the length of the support wire using the length of the base of triangle you drew and the angle between it and the support wire!
