This is not "Spring Waltz, " nor is it by Frédérick Chopin. Probably someone mistakenly attributed the work to him and it spread. This is "Mariage D'amour, " by Paul Senneville and Oliver Toussaint. See my reply to James Mitchell, below. (FWIW: I love this piece and especially dropped to A432Hertz. Sometimes it loops all night while I sleep. Thanks for posting it.)

It's like a waltz or something like that. It's usually in 3/4 time, but is this 4/4 time? what kind of waltz is it? I knew it was a 3/4 rhythm

I think Chopin would find this to be clumsy forced sentimentality, lacking true depth of emotion and poetry. I can't believe people think this is a Chopin composition. Sounds like modern pop.
