2016 Hobie Outback Limited Edition kayak walk around review

This is a quick walk around showing the new 2016 limited edition outback. A limited run of 500 were made for 2016.

I bought one on February 27, 2016. And, my dealer had another one. Hi-Tempo in Whitebear Lake, MN. Good folks. Great customer service. Put a great rack from Rack Attack (also great guys) on my Honda Accord. Combo of Thule Racks and Yakima kayak carrier. Whole set up (rack & yak) was $4, 000.00. Very expensive, but I had been waiting four years to get it. It's beautiful in my opinion.

Very nice! Do you mount the fish finder mount through the padding in the trays? any issue with that?

Thank you. Can you tell me if Hobie modified the front hatch any? Previous models leak pretty easily.

Also, how do you like the seat? Is it high enough? I really dont like sitting very low.

The seat is amazing. It's has 3 settings. You can lower it in rough water if needed but it still keeps your butt out of the water . It is also same seat as 2015 models. Also haven't noticed front hatch leak in this yet. If you have a front hatch leak Brandon Barton has a great
