Thank you all for the feedback!

While the video was based on the daily tasks as they were in version 1.0, and improvements were made in versions 1.1 and 1.2, the video itself isn’t obsolete. Its purpose was to highlight issues and spark discussion to encourage positive changes. The fact that the developers have acted on this feedback shows that such discussions are valuable and can lead to meaningful updates. Even with the changes, addressing past concerns remains relevant as they guide future improvements.

I wasn’t aware of the improvements made in version 1.1 at the time of creating the video, and it was released after 1.1 came out. However, I was aware of the changes made in version 1.2. I appreciate the updates being pointed out, and this information enriches the context for future discussions.

I’m juggling multiple gacha games daily, so having efficient daily tasks is crucial for me to enjoy them without feeling overwhelmed. I want Wuthering Waves to be as enjoyable and convenient as possible for all players, especially those like me who play multiple games.

Criticism of Wuthering Waves is meant to be constructive. The goal is to help improve the game, not to bash it. The Wuthering Waves dev team listens to their players, which is commendable, and I hope they continue to make improvements.

If you truly love the game, accepting and addressing criticism is important. It’s about making Wuthering Waves better, not just comparing it to other games. Constructive feedback leads to improvement, and I want Wuthering Waves to succeed.

Genshin has made changes recently, but ZZZ and HSR still offer more efficient and convenient daily systems in my opinion. My aim is to contribute positively to the game's development.

Edit: Added about me playing many gacha games.
Edit 2: Added about the changes in version 1.1 and removed outdated references.
Edit 3: Included about version 1.2 changing the daily tasks. Despite these updates, the video remains relevant as it was meant to spark discussions for ongoing improvements.

Wuwas dailies are so easy it’s insane… you spend your resin and most likely have 40 done, most of the time 60 or even 80. Then the rest of the challenges are tune an echo, level a weapon, Cooking, synthesizing, collecting materials… which at most take 10-20 seconds.. how does one complain about this😭

Dailies in Genshin dont have a skip button. Making the same redundant dialogue burn through playtime.

At least play the game before you make a video. Dont try hard like this.

Dude FR though the new Genshin daily system is SO GOOD.

I usually spend close to 20 minutes both doing daily resin and commission but now only for 10 min! Even for only 2 minutes if I'm only making condensed resin. Wuwa should implement something like this in the future

0:38 "can force players to deviate from their usual gameplay routine"

- I'm sorry but I highly disagree. WuWa is a gacha. All gacha have stamina systems that incentivize players to log-in and spend the aforementioned daily. Which means any activity in WuWa that require spending stamina doesn't deviate from the players' gameplay loop.

Why? Because we will always spend our stamina everyday. It's literally one of the very core foundations of ALL gacha games.

Spending all resin and 1 daily quest, which either is as easy as clearing a mob or a short quest, the dialogue of which can ne skipped, is enough to obtain all daily rewards.

Now, comparing it to Genshin's new system with the encounter system is indeed better but not for making daily grind easy but as a system to encourage playing the game. If you're goal is to do dailies ASAP, then WuWa is still better since you'll immediately consume the encounter points as if they don't exist. It's only better when you do more things outside of the commissiona in Genshin.

But keep in mind, during WuWa's release just a few months ago, Genshin did not have that. Genshin literally took almost half a decade just to implement that. Now, I'm expecting WuWa to either copy the same or do something different. Competitors, especially the underdogs should reach all ppints of parity to compete.

To cut it short, the usual daily grind in WuWa is basically consume all your waveplates and then do 1 daily quest or the others. Done.

That's why you shouldn't always trust the internet...

Great to see the gacha community doing what they do best, being toxic. Politely disagreeing? That's just absurd! Gacha games have the tactic of holding player retention by requiring daily logins, which keeps people logging into a game they don't want to play on a certain day because they don't want to lag behind other plays, ultimately leading to burnout of a game. I agree that CURRENTLY Wuthering waves could improve their daily login system because they require me to go out of my way to complete, for example I would have to go into the open world to find a few collectables, fight echoes or go to a cooking station which is inconvenient. Those dailies provide absolutely no progress to my account and are thus annoying to do. They should at the least revamp the tasks that are required from dailies to something the aligns with an account's progression.

This guy was extremely polite with his constructive criticism, I realised I'm just echoing what he said a little but he provided reasoning for why he feels this way with the game.

Instead of getting angry with the opinion of a person because you don't feel the same way, that does not let you be toxic and rude. It's incredibly petty.

I Really Don´t Understand These Comments. They Really Don´t Make Sense To me.

Hum... I would like to more options, but... I think that this it's exaggeration, I did my daily today and I waited to the hour in my PC change to 10:35 and started my dailys it took me 5 min to complete my daily.
This it's the activities: Liberation 3 times (10pts), success dodge (10pts), spent 180 waveplates (20pts), absorb 1 echo (20pts) and 1 daily (40pts).

I don't know what you are doing that you feel wuwa dailies take a long time, but in my case I have literally been spamming tacet fields as my way to spend waveplates and once I'm done all I gotta do is the daily task and thats it. At most 5 minutes just for dailies. I find Genshin dailies the worst to do cause of the unskippable dialogue and as some one who doesn't like doing the events as they come out (I just save them for the weekend once everything is unlocked) and don't really like exploring everyday so encounter points are really tedious for me to obtain so I'm left with doing the boring unskippable dialogue and having to spend the resin which can be up to 15 mins. And this is coming from someone who plays like 8 gachas right now, all of them having dailies around the 5 min range at tops.

WuWa dailies is actually more forgiving with its requirements than most gacha games because they are things that you'll be doing passively within your play time anyway unlike Genshin where the quests are the types that make you get out of your way to complete especially when you've already completed the exploration or when there's no ongoing events.
