At this price point, I have no issues grabbing the physical disk and putting it into my BD player to watch. My collection is over 2000, all alphabetical order so easy to find. Only About 100 4k and 500 BD. A 30GB - 100 GB per movie uses up a lot of expensive storage space

Great video Jiles! I watched next to my ever growing collection of 4K discs. The could be a very convenient solution for my wife and I. You mentioned that there is no Dolby Vision support. Simple solution for me, just keep my player hooked up for when I have a Dolby Vision must have. I could move the 4K collection to our library room, and free up space in the viewing room.

Hello HTF, I received my Zappiti Neo the other day and got it setup. It is awesome. Much better than the Zidoo Z10-Pro in PQ/SQ overall. I have the Silver/Aurora skins also. The only thing I see right now as I still get to know the unit is the UI is slow to load when loading your picture wall. I think that has a lot to do with your collection being in the cloud. If local it would blow everyone out of the water. Otherwise it is beautiful.

Would you suggest this or the Modulus? Modulus also allows recording of streamed shows which seems to be more than what the Zappiti does

Did you make the compare between the standard and Audiocom version? Is the double price of the Audiocom worth the improvement in terms of audio and video performance?

Is there a difference in VQ between the One/SE and Pro? If so, is it night/day difference? Also, if you use an ethernet network cord do you really need to connect the antennas?

You did not explain on how do I transfer my physical blu ray disc and my physical 4K disck to this machine. Do I need to buy a external hard drive first to do the transfer?

I now have the Zidoo Z10-Pro but would like to know what would the VQ be on the Zappiti One, and Neo compared to the Zidoo Z10-Pro. I believe the Z10-Pro has the same chipset as the Neo. Will the current Zappiti One match up better with the Zidoo Z10-Pro or the new Neo?

No disc drive on the unit? How the heck do you get the media on there? This seems like the most important thing to go over in this video. The website is also super unclear. I briefly looked at this, but the kaleidescape just seemed like a better choice. Plug and play.

If only they made that NAS unit slightly smaller and cheaper. Not to mention I can’t even find that one for sale anywhere here in US. I guess they quit selling it shortly after introducing it? I don’t get how they couldn’t sell that here…it’s legal to back up personal media here isn’t it?

Hello, I am subsciber and fan from Canada. my question is not related to this product but its Ui/ GUI , I love the way this zappiti or plex, how they show the movies on your Hard disks. I did rip movies from my Blue rays and saved them on my Hard disk as you explained in your previous videos. thanks for that. I am using Kodi to play my Hard disks videos through the Nvidia shield. but I am bored of it UI or skin. I love the way how plex or Zappiti or kaleidescape shows its list of movies, like posters. is there is any way I can get that in any other app? when I am using plex it is streaming the video and I am not getting my Dolby atmos output. but Kodi doing it. any suggestions?

This is essentially android based media player, specially the mini one...cant we get Nvidia Shield TV Pro and use Kodi on it to play locally ripped files ? the quality should be same and Shield is more versatile can install all android apps and perfect for streaming as well...supports all HD audio passthrough, dolby vision, HDR etc ... what is the extra benefit this zappiti will bring, specially the mini ?
