He says everything I believe. I just subscribed. Fasting, exercise, good sleep, eating healthy food, lower carb. It works to keep me healthy!

Yep, 77yo on no meds, walk everyday, qigong and meditation, pretty good diet, low sugar, finally off intoxicants, keeping my head in a good space. Most of my friends are sick and tired and depressed or anxious. If you don’t work on it in your 50-60s, in your 70s it won’t be an option.

Yes!!! The best years will be my last 30 years!!! For I pledge to myself..walking daily..fasting 14-16 hours per day...whole food consumption...and remember processed foods and all forms of sugar stay away from...well some wild blueberries and a bit of maple syrup!!!💞💞🙃💞💞

Use the Abbott CGM to make sure that your BGL remains in the healthy Range.
