This is a huge help! Haha! Our Teacher tasked us to discuss and report the principle of Training which will be held tomorrow. And I'd found this! Thanks! 💞 From Philippines🇵🇭

Specificity
Athletes have to train specifically to the energy system and skill requirements needed for their part
Reversibility
A loss of adaptations that athletes gained during training because of a prolonged break period
Variety
Prevents boredom and keeps athletes engaged and motivated to train
Ensures athletes are training holistically
Every muscle group or fitness component is covered.’
Different muscle groups and energy systems were given a break.
Training thresholds
The zones at which athletes need to train if they want to see improvement and adaptation in the necessary energy system
Have to at a different percentage of their maximum

This video has no detail whatsoever! Specificity was so short. You could have expanded on that MUCH more. Waste of money.
