I didn't really follow COP26 very closely. Did they save the world or are we all going to die?

Meanwhile, China leans back, laughs heartily, and goes right back to pumping out record, world-leading amounts of CO2.

Hmmm, disappointed by the coal compromise but not disappointed in the amount of pollution this conference caused with hundreds of people flying from around the world, and then the vehicles used there. Do they have a study, model or impact analysis on what damage to the environment that all caused? What about the health impact, how many tested positive and spread covid there? Nah, none of that matters because it is them - they are special and the rest of us are not. Any leader who went to this and supports this should be put on trial, national decisions are to be made in the country, not decided outside by unelected "officials".

Canada has one of the highest CO2 emissions per capita and generates the most waste per capita. Getting tired of Canada's holier than thou attitude saying "they will push for change" when Canada is the one that needs to change.
