A great video - thanks for sharing. Old efficient tech finding a way to act as backup power supply for all kinds of uses (ie charging cell phones and more) powered by a 12 Volt generator. Super clever and clean design too. ..

You`ve done a very great set & setup. The engine runs very smooth with that pipe. I`ve done a charging set with a Petter AP1. It the same princeple but yours very tidy. The only think missing I have is a cut-out so when the battrey charges it stops charging it!

You could theoretically also heat your house with the radiator loop. Very useful because its very quiet and makes electricity.

Well I'm glad you lot like it. Sadly this set up has been dismantled as I have moved. I will probably use the Lister in my pumping shed as I now have a stream.
It may also get used for off grid lighting for the out buildings too.
Just for you info the flywheel has been balanced to insure smooth running. A few other small acoustic engineering mods have been carried out too:-)
And yes starting was done by an electric drill on the alternator nut. Well done to "lordmcted" for working that out. There is no prize for you though:-)
