Hello Sr. Then, if you like to be on time, can I say I'm a very punctual person?

In spanish, we say soy una persona muy puntual. Thanks

So I could say I catched the train barely on time, but not barely in time as in time indicates already almost too late?

Hello 👋 Teacher,

Could you please 🙏 explain these two words in terms of time :
On time = 5 minutes before the schedule
In time = just one minute before the schedule.

I will be here in case you want to answer my question.
Thank you for your support and time.

Regards
