EU states could BLOCK an extension to Brexit, and Nigel Farage has urged them to go ahead and do it.

Michel Barnier is said to have told senior MEPs and ambassadors this morning that there's not a clear majority for any extension to Brexit.

And among the 27 countries there are different ideas on the conditions and length of extension too, if the PM did ask for one.

Every state has to agree unanimously in order to let the UK delay Brexit past March 29.

But it's looking more and more likely that MPs will try and force Theresa May to ask for this as the Brexit deadlock continues in Parliament.

Mr Barnier said today that there would be no more talks between the UK and the EU over Brexit...

We, the British public, voted to leave the EU and everything it stood for. 75% of our MPs want to remain, therefore, they do not represent the British people. They may represent immigrants, as most Labour MPs do now; but not real British people. They are traitors.

Remain should have be taken off the table a long time ago, that would have helped the MPs focus on what they need to do.

No deal is better than a bad deal.

The Referendum question was to stay in the EU, or to LEAVE the EU, not to LEAVE the EU half-arsed with a crappy deal.

I sincerely hope JRM is correct and we leave on the 29Th...he would make a brilliant PM..he is never flustered and one of the very few MP's that I enjoy listening to...I do hope when this is called over all those trying to thwart Brexit are given their P45's and loss of pension rights....

I dont understand why they gave us the vote If they had no intention of respecting the result, 17.4 million people voted leave not leave with any deal, in the manifesto that was drawn up before the referendum and is legally binding, 97% of parliament voted for this manifesto, no deal cannot be taken off the table

I'd vote conservative if mogg was running for PM in a heartbeat. HE'S THE ONLY ONE I'D CALL HONOURABLE

Taking no deal off the table hardly helps our negotiating position

It's about time we showed how proud we are of our country and that when are backs to the wall we all will pull together and make Brexit work...and we will.

I can honestly say I've never enjoyed listening to a politician speak..unless it's this fellow. The writing was on the wall the morning the referendum result came in. As a side note, don't ever expect a referendum on anything ever again lol.

Hope you are correct that leaving with no deal is the most likely outcome, Jacob.

Exactly! The House of Puppets has run out of time to change the law on leaving. They can vote against a No Deal, they can vote for an extension; which the 27 Member State of the EU have to agree; but, by the time they try to ratify the Withdrawal Act it will be too late and we leave by default on the 29th of March.

If they introduce a bill to change the law to keep us in, I will personally go rogue and riot. I've already decided to vote far-right at every opportunity presented to me for the permanent future.

Thank you Jacob Rees Mogg for standing up for true democracy once again. I may not always have agreed with every iota you spoke but it was always good to hear your calm, balanced and confident voice, so often restating the fact that 17.5 million UK citizens had voted to exit the EU. Pray God we get there despite all the hurdles.

If law is law then we must leave on the 29th and it will be with no deal.
