I'm a Yankees fan, but I LOVE this move by Syndergaard. It was up and in, but not thrown at the batter. Wouldn't have hit him even if Escobar didn't move at all. Perfect location from a pitcher showing he has perfect control in this game.

Royals we’re swinging first pitch throughout the whole entire post season and it was WORKING. I loved that Noah sent the message like this, this was SUCH a good world series to watch.

A great moment in the World Series. Coming out to the Halloween theme, then dealing with Alcides Escobar, who up to that point had aggressively swung at the first pitch at the start of the past several postseason games. Not to mention his reaction and Moustakas' reaction.
