i painted out all of my linen matts with ralph lauren saddle black paint flat, the linen was just too dirty and stained to clean up. and they look amazing next to the gold frames and pulls them all together.

I’m a great grandmother and I am so intrigued with your videos. I do appreciate your work ethics and your love of art. I remember that sort of moody art, it has always appealed to me, perhaps it’s because my grandma had it on her walls in the 1940s. Every time you go estate sales, antique stores I’m drawn to the same thing. Perhaps you are an old soul. Thank for giving this old lady something worthwhile to look at. Oh by the way. Next time you go to Europe check antique stores most county have one. We lived in UK for 5 years and we always go every month. Don’t go in the touristy cities you’ll barely find one & will be too pricey. 😊

Hi MaCenna, I'm pretty sure your new lamp is supposed to have a clear glass hurricane that sits in the brass lace collar around the lightbulb, with the top sticking out above the milk glass shade. Such a pretty lamp and art. Can't wait to see the home you and Romeo ultimately buy in California!

Oh…. WoW that antique clamp is beautiful. My Grandmother had two in her home, but the one you seen at the flea market is so amazing. I hope you purchased it. They look so beautiful in a kitchen. It’s like the metal clamps we use to hold are project’s together while we are glueing and screwing projects together.
I got one from my grandma and refinished it to look as beautiful as the one you seen at the flea market.
