When you say you get irritation and bumps from using products on your scalp/ hair, I think that’s mainly an allergic reaction to the products your using not just buildup. I got the same thing until I switched products

Taking care of your ends is very important bcs otherwise you will get split ends and thin hair orrrr it will just break of and will be damaged with no length

I tried to be open minded but it’s not impressive to grow your hair to bra-strap length and the advice here is not good.

If people want to grow healthy hair, I recommend listening to people like me. My hair is calf length.
