Paint Minka Lesk for Astra Militarum in Warhammer 40k! #new40k

Minka Lesk is one of those beautiful limited edition models that many of us pick up and set aside to paint at a later stage...but why? We should be painting or playing with these models now, instead of saving them for another day! Minka Lesk, the Last Whiteshield of Kasr Myrak, has completely captured my attention with her book series (no spoilers!) and I'm delighted to have her in a version I can play in an army soon! I hope this encourages you to paint a model you have saved for the future, like I say in the video, you can always strip them if you mess up!

This is definitely one of my favorite minis they've made, my only nitpicky complaint is that both heads are screaming, I wish they had a more neutral option like from some other art work of her
Also I think a "You are good Enough" series would be great just dedicated to those special minis that we're always afraid to paint and think we're not good enough to paint

Cain would be great. I'd love Eiseinhorn painted as well since he is one of Abnetts best character. I know they released Eisenhorn I just haven't the courge to paint him.

Some of the best books iv read were the Word Bearer books, Dark Apostle, Dark Disciple and Dark Creed, the characters from that would be cool to see, Marduk, Burias and Kol Badar.
I also thought after we got the Gaunts Ghosts miniatures, i was 100% convinced we would see a Schaeffers Last chancers box, could still happen, but i had thought it would have happened sooner.

Beautiful painting video, thank you! However, random thought: you mentioned that there are a lot of paint removal products, and that removing paint is now easy. Um, I've never actually considered that! A video of products and techniques might be interesting some time in the future (but not straight away, there are too many other things to paint first...)
