How to add the python scripts directory to PATH

In this video I cover how to fix the warning message "Python scripts directory not in PATH".

The warning is shown at: 1:52 - 2:38
The fix is applied at: 3:05 - 4:30
The working script is shown at: 4:45 - 5:05

This fix can be applied to any "Python script directory not in PATH" warning not just the one shown in the video.
