Nah you need more than that. Definitely need a pole even for 1 story properties. Then you need an angle adapter for the pole. Steel wool. Tool belt to hold rags and tools. A good scraper. Then you need various adaptable angle squeegees for different angles and ledges. Definitely need professional swivel squeegees instead of fixed ones or you'll look silly and wont be able to conplete the job. you also need go cut down some existing crap channels you have to do smaller windows and clean ledges. Ideally a step ladder too.

Do you need a deionized portable tank? 😅 alot of people say that you need that. Or is it possible without it?
