That walkway is nice and should be lined with plant along each side. Id fill up the front yard (dont know if you have a back yard) with plants such as corn, tomatoes, green peppers etc. Nice video.

Hello the arrival family, the compound where you are renting is secured already, the back yard is up and the front yard is up, you do not need any gateman, save your money because it runs fast

I am Gambian who’ve been living in the U.S for the last 20 years . I am a little bit confused about the emphasis on security. I know we had little petty criminals but nothing like violent crimes like in the west. Your personal safety was never threatened in Gambia but again might be things have changed

IF black people( people of african descent )was unified and ready to make history an create generational wealth, we could get 10, 000 black people to invest a minimum of 250$ each month for 4 months or , that’s 10 M$ in spending power. We could then take that to a country like The Gambia. 10M$ in The Gambia would be more like 15M$ due to the value of the dollar and it being a cash society.We could acquire land and open businesses and employ locals a few businesses in grave demand would be ...


1.cement manufacturers, lumber manufacturers, lumber services, Semi trucks

2.Commercial farming and fishing exporting through out the continent

3. Recycling factories rubber, glass, scrap metal, and also fish processing to create fish oils

4.Riverfront communities with luxury amenities for guest Time shares for investors

5.Manufacturing of furniture and other household goods

6.Commercial Laundry Mats

7. Create a Financial Institution where we could invest in the locals of African Descent and their businesses in terms of growing the gambia

8.Providing electronic products and internet services( Used and new phones, tv, gaming systems, )

9.Auto Sales/ Auto Mechanics/ Auto Parts store


11.Investing in a education institution that primarily focuses on Technology, Sciences, and Math


I don’t know about you but i am sick and tired of every person not of African descent taking over, this peaceful african man has to cease ; We have to form a standard military with rigorous training once we get into Africa who governs police stations, and protecting our communities most importantly get into politics or overthrow them simply(if we don’t change together then the colonizers will make change )create wealth for the whole country. Back the country value of currency with Natural resources, start drilling Oil and get those colonizers out of the Continent. We have to first build up the Heavy industry ..The building of Factories/ Warehouses and bidding on jobs the mining of (coal, iron ore, salt, oil, gas, and gold). Then We have to become the worlds factory floor and develop all of the low tech manufacturing( all electronics), Advance and invest in Solar Internet/wifi,

Each increment of 250$ would act as a share. ultimately getting paid a percentage off all profits. Ultimately the goal is to force the chinese and other people that’s (not of African descent) out of business. We could organize a FB group and advertise to other streams of social media to draw support and or interest. If your reading this, comment your ideas and if it sounds achievable!!

Hello again folks ! ! Security is essential wherever we are in any part of the world. But especially, in certain parts of the world were there's no 911 or well organized law enforcement response system period. I live by a rule, "don't put your security in the hands of another man", because he has two hands and feet just like you. I recommend to have your own security plan for you household, and be aware and assertive. Please, dont be naive and totally let your guard down. Trust somewhat, but verify with your own back up household security plan such as, trained dogs, review gun ownership laws in the Gambia, and other measures. Peace & Blessings

Open watching a lot of videos about Gambia and it seems to be security is definitely an issue there what is the crime rate as a comes to burglaries and what are the police doing about it
