In the USA, there are regional pronunciation variations just as there are in England. For example watch the film My Cousin Vinnie, and see for yourself how Vinnie and his girlfriend, both from Brooklyn New York, pronounce words. Travel south, and you get an entire different pronunciation.

I've only just started your long list. In "well" (#93), you use an "l" with a tilde through it for the phonetic representation. What symbol is this, and what variation of "L" is it?
