Love and compassion YES (simple) and relationships are for healing in my experience. When conflict arises it's a belief I need to forgive ( I lack ). They are for our healing. Lots of folks get into a spiritual trap; cult of self, so shine the love you are and share it!!

We are all the same, we all have to find ourselves and learn. The ones who refuse will never grow, don’t die and don’t give up. We were born equipped to make it through the journey sober, excluding mental illness meds. I believe there is a abuse of drugs and alcohol that prevents the bliss. If I were on an island and had no drugs. The way is still there.
