Which NBA team is the best run organization in the league?

Golden State dynasty one of the best most visually appealing and hardest working dynasty of all time. Built the team through draft picks, player development and amazing trades. Basketball at its finest

His story reminds me of Wiggins story. Both were mocked by media and players, got to GSW, improved and learned to fulfill their potential.

Golden state is the best run team in the league, even through injuries the past couple years you can tell the culture hasn’t changed. They literally look like professionalism personified and I love it

I think you can credit Kerr with a lot of it. He fosters a culture of basketball family. Curry also shares credit being so selfless.

Imagine, treating your "employees" like intelligent humans with their own good ideas... too many companies DON'T do this.

He literally went from laughing stock to 3 time NBA champion all because he was given a chance with Golden State and he made the best of it

Dude played like 10-15mins only per game in GS but he played every minute hard, such a big difference when in a winning organization the players do what it takes to win.

I remember before we signed him nobody wanted to sign him. We signed him in the beginning of the season because we lacked the position. I honestly didn’t see him as a good acquisition at the time but he definitely made those most of it. After those yrs with us, I felt it rejuvenated his career, and it extended his yrs in the league.

The same past few years people have forgotten just how good of a team Golden State is… but I have a feeling they are going to remind everyone this season.

steph has gotta be a big reason for this, he's the culture creator, obv dray and klay and kerr and meyers too, it's the whole for sure, but you can't ignore how much of steph's personality and charisma must be a driving force behind this

Javale matured a lot from back when he was on the Nuggets. It just shows how important environment and culture are towards shaping a person's life. That being said, Javale also took advantage of the opportunity, so big ups for him.

Its not simply just going to Golden State and everything was automatic. He needed to play in way that was beneficial to their scheme so they worked on his mental game to eliminate bad decisions. His first year, he had a lot of bad habits but as the season progressed, he was putting in productive minutes. After the second season, he became a much better defensive player and smarter offensive game. That’s why GS could no longer afford his price tag, his market value in the NBA went up.

Im happy Mcgee that even though you're not anymore with the Warriors, you gave your honest heart-out. Im just an avid fan of Warriors(David's) over Lakers (Goliath)!

JaVale McGee one of my favorite NBA players! i was so glad GSW chose him. GSW brought him in and took care of him as family and told the NBA world about his basketball IQ as well! They appreciated him. It warms my heart-- McGee is having a GREAT NBA career and is an 3x NBA champion! 🏆🏆🏆 i pray the very BEST for you J McGee!

McGee learned his worth at Golden State. He worked hard and deserved being part of that team. He's a dawg. Loved watching him there 😍
